This is a widget (shortcut) to insert a LEFT justified image, with margins set at: Left 0, Top 4, Right 8, Bottom 8.  Image border is 1px solid dark brown #4F2408 (change to zero if no border desired). Erase or replace this text, and begin your writing. This substitute image can be changed out by clicking on image, and selecting the preferred image-editing toolbar buttons to change attributes.  You’ll need the URL of the image itself.
